The trip from Split along the D8 is a journey through small, quaint villages and beaches. Be warned that in summer months this trip may take longer due to heavy tourist traffic.
Simpler and faster way is A1 highway to Vrgorac via Staševica, Opuzen and Neum to Dubrovnik.
